Privacy
What this site does with what you send it.
This site collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. What is typed there is delivered to Noble by email and is not stored on the site. There is no analytics, no advertising technology and no third-party tracking script anywhere on it.
What is collected
- The enquiry form
- Name, email address, and — if you provide them — organisation, telephone number and subject, together with the message itself. All of it is delivered to enquiry@noblesolutionsit.com and nothing is written to a database on this site.
- Server records
- Ordinary web-server records — the request, the time and the network address it came from — kept for security and for rate limiting. They are not linked to an identity and are not used to build a profile.
- Analytics
- None. No analytics, advertising or tracking script is loaded, and no external host is permitted to load one.
- Service providers
- Two, and only as far as their service requires: the provider that hosts the site and the provider that carries the email. Each processes what passes through it in order to deliver that service and for no purpose of its own. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or passed to anyone else.
How long it is kept, and your choices
- Enquiries
- An enquiry arrives as an email and stays in Noble’s mailbox while it is being answered and while it remains needed as a business record. No fixed period is published here, because none would be true of every enquiry.
- A copy, or deletion
- Write to support@noblesolutionsit.com and ask. You can ask what was sent, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and Noble will act on the request.
- Where Noble operates
- Noble Solutions Trading Establishment is established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and personal information sent through this site is handled under the law that applies there.
If this changes
This notice describes the site as it behaves today. If measurement or analytics are ever added, this page changes in the same release rather than afterwards.
