What the browser does store
- Appearance preference
- If you allow it, your light or dark choice is written to your browser’s own local storage, so the page opens the way you left it. Local storage is not a cookie: it is never attached to a request and never reaches Noble. If you decline, the theme still works while you are on the site but is not remembered afterwards.
- Removing it
- Clearing site data in your browser removes it, as does declining it below. Nothing else is stored, so nothing else is left behind.
- Third-party storage
- None. No external script, pixel, embed or font host runs on this site, so no third party is in a position to store anything through it.
Your choice
You are asked once whether the appearance preference may be saved, and you can change that answer at any time.
