Parallel Solutions manufactures HVAC and air-distribution products for commercial and industrial projects. Its buyers are consultants and contractors who need dimensions, materials, standards and a quote — not a company story — so the site is built as a technical reference with an enquiry route attached.
What the site had to do
A specification buyer arrives with a drawing and a duty. They are looking for a duct size, a damper type, an attenuator length or an access-door rating, and they need to know whether the manufacturer makes it before they need to know anything about the manufacturer. A site organised around the company answers the wrong question first.
So the product range leads, organised by family and by code, with engineering, standards and application detail carried alongside rather than behind a contact form. The quote route is technical: it expects a specification, not a name and a message.
Both languages are first-class. Arabic is not a switch that reflows an English layout — the navigation, the product codes, the technical tables and the enquiry route all have to hold in right-to-left, and a specification table is where a retrofitted translation fails first.
What is on it

Rectangular duct and fittings
The core range — single-wall, double-wall and lined construction, with the fittings that go with them, published by code rather than by description.
Plenums
Plenum boxes in their published variants, sitting between the distribution network and the terminal devices it feeds.
Volume control dampers
The control elements of the system, where the specification is about balancing and regulation rather than about carrying air from one place to another.
Flexible duct connectors
The joints between rigid runs and equipment, published in the two connection types the manufacturer makes.
Duct access doors
Access and maintenance provision — the part of a duct system that decides whether it can be cleaned and inspected once it is in a ceiling.
Sound attenuators
Acoustic treatment in the airstream, which on the site sits with the vibration and acoustics material rather than with the ductwork.
